Ann V. Ehrhart, an 18-year industry veteran, heads the firm. During her tenure as a leading retail broker, she was handpicked to negotiate complex, multi-million dollar transactions on behalf of globally recognized landlords and tenants including Chase Bank, AT&T, Tishman Speyer and Related Beal. With a formidable High Street practice, Ann facilitated over 50 leases on Newbury St. in the Back Bay, bringing new brands to the Boston area.
Over her career, Ann has developed a passion for strategic planning and urban design, discovering an instinct for identifying untapped revenue opportunities and generating plans for enhanced market demand.
When the Covid-19 crisis struck, Ann realized that her industry was at an inflection point. The old brokerage models were no longer working, and neighborhoods and communities were suffering the consequences.
In December 2022, Ann launched Everstreet to provide a new approach to public space in urban, mixed-use environments, turning the focus to people-centric design, sustainability and the promotion of local economies.
